The Best Chili Crunch Oil

4 tbs minced dried onion

8 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp sugar

2 tbs soy sauce

3 tbs crushed red pepper

4 green onion, diced

3 tbs sesame seed

1 cup avocado oil

  1. In a medium saucepan, begin heating your oil on medium high heat.

  2. Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients by mixing together.

  3. Once your oil is hot (wet your finger and flick a drop of water into the oil, if it sizzles, it’s ready), pour the ingredients into the oil and fry, stirring continuously for 5 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and pour into a glass container.

  5. Store in the fridge and serve with your favorite noodles, on top of avocado toast, with eggs, fries, or on top of your favorite Anti-inflammatory soup!
